Tradewinds Condos are located in Crescent Beach, FL, about 7 miles south of St. Augustine Beach. There are a total of 60 individual condominium units, built in 1974. Tradewinds offers several floor plans, town homes (2 levels) and flats (1 level), ranging in size from about 950 - 1254 square feet. There are 1 and 2 bedroom units, each with   1 - 2 ˝ baths. Tradewinds is a beachfront complex with oceanfront condos and ocean view condos. While some units have better ocean views than others, the Trade winds complex is in a “U” shape, allowing a nice ocean view from each unit. Because the complex sits on a unique, narrow stretch of land between the ocean and intracoastal waterway, some of the condos at Tradewinds even have a view of both bodies of water. Having both an ocean and intracoastal view is extremely rare and incredibly beautiful. Laundry facilities are located on the premises. There is plenty of parking, but no covered parking or garages. At this time, there is an on-site rental office. You may use the rental management company of your choice or even rent your unit yourself. We do not handle rentals.

The Tradewinds condos are located about 2 ˝ miles south of my office, in beautiful Crescent Beach. Over the years, I’ve helped several customers purchase condos at Tradewinds. Most of those customers were looking for a beachside condo with a nice ocean view. One customer, however, was looking for a little more than that. He owned a boat, so boat storage and water access were very important to him. He loved the secured boat storage and boat launching ramp available at Tradewinds. His wife was happy with the beautiful ocean view and he got the boating facilities and intracoastal access he needed. Crescent Beach Florida

Tradewinds Condos are located in Crescent Beach, Florida, a quiet stretch of beaches where you can have the low-key beach lifestyle you’ve been in search of. Crescent Beach is more private and less commercialized than most beaches. It’s not so secluded, however, that the things you need aren’t close by. Grocery stores, restaurants and more can be found within 5-10 miles. The Crescent Beach bridge (SR206) is about two miles away, making it easy to drive to town or I-95. Daytona and Jacksonville are only about 50 miles the condo. Marineland, the world’s first oceanarium, is about 5 miles south of the Tradewinds condos. There, you can enjoy dolphins close up at the Dolphin Conservation Center. Crescent Beach is a great place to visit when you need to get away from it all.
