Tradewinds Condominiums are located at Crescent Beach Florida about 15 minutes from historic downtown Saint Augustine. There are a total of 60 individual condominium units built in 1972. Tradewinds offers two floor plans, the townhouse (2 levels) or a flat (1 level), all are about 1200 sq. ft. Tradewinds is a beachfront complex with ocean front condos, ocean view condos or non ocean view units. Some of the units have a view of the Intracoastal waterway.
