Barefoot Trace Condos is located at Crescent Beach, FL about 10 miles south of St. Augustine Beach, FL. There are a total of 66 individual condominium units built in 1985. There are several floor plans ranging in size from 1519 sq. ft. to 1761 sq. ft. including the patio/balcony area.  All the condos at Barefoot Trace are direct oceanfront condos with outstanding ocean views. Each condo is a single level unit with elevator access. Most of the condos are two bedroom units with two baths. The center condos have a much larger balcony area and the forth floor end units have an alcove area making them a little larger than the other units. There are a few three bedroom units. Each condo has it's own laundry located inside. A two level parking garage provides covered and non-covered parking. 

For many of the owners the condo is a second home, however short term rentals are allowed. There is an on site office available or you may use any other property management company you choose.

Amenities offered at Barefoot Trace Condos include: a large heated pool, lighted tennis courts, recreation room, heated spa, workout room and shuffleboard court.

Crescent Beach Florida

Crescent Beach is a wide sandy beach with high dunes. There are lots of fun things to do at the beach; swimming, fishing, biking, kite flying, volleyball and frisbee. The land at Crescent Beach is more narrow so that there is less commercial buildings and more direct waterfront property. There is a height limit on all buildings of 35 feet so there are no skyscrapers on the beach. People say that Crescent Beach feels like " old Florida ".
Barefoot Trace Condos are located about 15 minutes from Saint Augustine. The Crescent Beach bridge is close making it easy to drive to town or I-95. It's only about 50 miles to Jacksonville Florida or Daytona Beach from the condo. There is a golf course , Intracoastal Waterway and three boat ramps less than a mile from the condo.
