When Atlantic East was built in 1989 it was the most luxurious condo in the area. The buildings design and amenities made it seem more like a home than a condominium. There are four floor plans to choose from, ranging in size from 1503 sq. ft. to 1918 sq. ft. Atlantic East is a beach front condo with direct ocean front units available. There are 69 individual units at the condo, two or three bedroom, with two baths. All condos are single level flats with the laundry located inside the unit. There is covered parking and covered walkways to the buildings. At this time there is not an on-site rental office and all rentals are limited to 6 months. We do not handle rentals.

Amenities offered at Atlantic East Condos include: 1 pool, tennis courts, racquetball courts, security gate and a recreation building.

It's only about 50 miles to Daytona or Jacksonville from the condo. Marsh creek country club is about two miles away. If you like the river, there are several boat ramps close by. You can see the Intracoastal waterway from some of the units.
