The land at Crescent Beach is more narrow so that there is less commercial buildings and more direct waterfront property.
There is a height limit on all buildings of 35 feet so there are no skyscrapers on the beach.

There are four floor plans to choose from, ranging in size from 1503 sq. ft. to 1918 sq.

A two level parking garage provides covered and non-covered parking.
 
For many of the owners the condo is a second home, however short term rentals are not allowed.
