The Preserve Condos are located in St. Augustine, Florida, on Anastasia Island, less than two miles from St. Augustine Beach. There are a total of 326 individual condominium units, built in 2000. The Preserve offers several variations of one, two and three bedroom floor plans, ranging in size from 723 - 1532 square feet. Most units are flats (1 level), while some are flats with lofts. Condos at the amenity-rich Preserve are popular primary residences and long-term rentals, particularly for students attending Flagler College and the nearby University of St. Augustine. The Preserve has some of the most affordable ownership opportunities on the island. With the beach just a short drive away, and the mainland and all of its conveniences within two miles, The Preserve’s location is ideal. There is plenty of parking at the condominium, with both assigned and guest spaces. Some units include one car garages. At this time, there is full-time, off-site property management. You may use the rental management company of your choice or even rent your unit yourself. The current minimum lease term at The Preserve is six months. We do not handle rentals.
