Spyglass Condos are located in Crescent Beach, Florida, about 8 miles south of St Augustine Beach. There are a total of 50 individual condominium units at Spyglass, built in 1986. Spyglass offers two floor plans, the standard unit and the end unit. Each Spyglass condo has three levels, 1280 square feet, 2 bedrooms and 2 ˝ baths. End units, however, have 1310 square feet. The first level of each Spyglass condo has a stackable two car garage, laundry area and doorway to the pool and beach. To get from the ground level to the second level, each unit has a spiral staircase. On the second level, you’ll find the main living area, kitchen, half bath and balcony. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms can be found on the third level. The rare tri-level set-up makes each unit feel comfortable and spacious. Spyglass is a beachfront complex with ocean front condos and ocean view condos. At this time, there is an on-site rental office. We do not handle rentals.

My name is Jason Neely. I was born and raised in St. Augustine. My Crescent Beach office is less than a five minute drive from Spyglass Condos. I’ve specialized in Crescent Beach and St. Augustine Beach condos for years. Spyglass seems to be a complex that customers consistently call and ask about. Many have previously stayed at Spyglass. Others have driven by the complex and liked its appearance. Some just appreciate the unique features each Spyglass condo offers; from the stackable two car garages, to the distinctive tri-level set-up with a spiral staircase, Spyglass is not your typical Crescent Beach condo. At Spyglass, the grounds are well-manicured. Because the Spyglass complex is smaller in size and in a more private section of Crescent Beach, you don’t have to watch hundreds of people coming and going and the pool area is often quiet. Not long ago, I helped a customer purchase a beautiful unit at Spyglass. Because they had stayed at the complex before, they were quite familiar with it already. They even had friends who owned a unit there too. For obvious reasons, it’s not uncommon for friends and family to buy condos at the same complex. Like a lot of beach condo owners, these folks use the condo when they want to and rent it out when they’re not there. Spyglass Condos are located in Crescent Beach, Florida, about 15 minutes from historic downtown Saint Augustine. Crescent Beach isn’t very commercialized, and it has the privacy and tranquility a lot of folks are looking for. Matanzas Inlet and Fort Matanzas National Monument are less than two miles from the Spyglass condos. At Matanzas Inlet, a channel between barrier islands connecting the Atlantic Ocean and the south end of the Matanzas River, you can fish from the bridge or play on the beach. Fort Matanzas guarded Saint Augustine from invaders using the southern river approach many years ago. The Fort is accessible only by guided boat tours. Hiking trails are available on the barrier island. The Crescent Beach bridge (SR-206) is only 3 miles away, making it easy to drive to town or the interstate (I-95).
