I’ve specialized in Crescent Beach and St. Augustine Beach condos for years. Spyglass seems to be a complex that customers consistently call and ask about. Many have previously stayed at Spyglass. Because the Spyglass complex is smaller in size and in a more private section of Crescent Beach, you don’t have to watch hundreds of people coming and going and the pool area is often quiet. Not long ago, I helped a customer purchase a beautiful unit at Spyglass. Because they had stayed at the complex before, they were quite familiar with it already. They even had friends who owned a unit there too. For obvious reasons, it’s not uncommon for friends and family to buy condos at the same complex. Like a lot of beach condo owners, these folks use the condo when they want to and rent it out when they’re not there.
