Spanish Trace Condos is located at St. Augustine Beach Fl,   about 10 miles north of Crescent Beach.  There are a total of 48 individual condominium units built in 1974.  Spanish Trace offers two floor plans, the townhouse (2 levels) or a flat (1 level), ranging in size from 1100 sq. ft. to 1200 sq. ft.  Spanish Trace is an beachfront complex with ocean front condos, ocean view condos or non ocean view units.  The condos are two bedroom units with 2 baths.   There is plenty of parking but no covered parking or garages. At this time there is an on-site rental office or you may choose other off-site rental management company. We do not handle rentals.

Spanish Trace is one of the first condo's here in St. Augustine. Very close to the ocean, it has an intimate feel that some of the other condo's miss.
