There are a total of 166 individual condominium units at Sand Dollar, built from 1980-1985. Sand Dollar units are three bedroom, two bath flats (1 level), offering 1554 square feet. Sand Dollar is a beachfront complex with four oceanfront buildings. Each building has its own pool and tennis court. Every Sand Dollar condo is oceanfront and has a gorgeous view of the ocean and intracoastal waterway. The laundry is located inside each unit. All condos at Sand Dollar include one covered parking spot and one uncovered space. At this time, there is an on-site rental office, or you may choose another off-site rental management company. We do not handle rentals.
