Every unit has a great view of the Intracoastal waterway, concrete construction with tile roofs. Point Matanzas offer two floor plans, the townhouse (2 levels) or a flat (1 level). The condos are two bedroom units with 2 baths. The laundry is located inside each unit. There is plenty of parking with some garages available. At this time there is no on-site rental office. We do not handle rentals.

Point Matanzas Condos are located at Crescent Beach Florida about 15 minutes from historic Saint Augustine. The Crescent Beach bridge is less than a mile away making it easy to drive to town or I-95. It's only about 50 miles to Daytona or Jacksonville from the condo. Marsh creek country club is about six miles away. Point Matanzas Condo offers near ocean living on the Intracoastal Waterway with a pool, dock, boat storage and launch.
