Inlet Place Condos is located on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine just minutes from St. Augustine Beach. There are a total of 8 individual condominium units built in 1987. Inlet Place condominiums offer two floor plans, the townhouse (2 levels) or a flat (1 level), ranging in size from 1238 sq. ft. to 2425 sq. ft. Inlet Place is a waterfront complex with water front condos and water view condos. All units have direct Intracoastal front view and come with a boat slip. The units have two bedrooms with 2 baths. The laundry is located inside each unit. Each unit has it's on garage. At this time there is no rental office. You may choose an off-site rental management company. We do not handle rentals.
