Four Winds Condos are located in Crescent Beach, Florida, about 8 miles south of St. Augustine Beach. There are a total of 152 condominiums, built in 1975. Four Winds Condos offers three floor plans, the tri-level (3 levels), townhouse (2 levels) and flats (1 level), ranging in size from 1115 - 1759 square feet. Four Winds is a beachfront complex with ocean front condos, ocean view condos and non-ocean view units. Some of the units have a view of the intracoastal waterway. There are 2 and 3 bedroom units with 1 ˝  to 2 ˝  baths. The laundry is located inside each unit. There is plenty of parking, but no covered parking or garages. At this time, there is an on-site rental office. Or, you may choose another off-site rental management company. We do not handle rentals.

Amenities offered at Four Winds Condos include: Two pools (one heated), tennis and shuffleboard. There is limited boat storage available for small boats.

Some time ago, I was working with some folks that were looking for an affordable beachfront condo. Direct oceanfront condos were not in their price range. Because they had trouble with stairs, they were looking for something that was a single level unit on the first floor. We made offers on a few condos. Eventually, we were able to work out something on a condo at Four Winds. I ran into them about five years after they purchased their Four Winds condo. They said were really happy with their condo at Crescent Beach.

Since 1989, I have specialized in St. Augustine and Crescent Beach condos and have helped other people buy condos at Four Winds. Four Winds Condos are located in Crescent Beach, Florida, about 15 minutes from downtown Saint Augustine. The Crescent Beach bridge is only 2 miles away, making it easy to drive to town or I-95. Daytona and Jacksonville are less than an hour from the condo. Marsh creek country club is about six miles away.

Crescent Beach is a wide sandy beach with high dunes. The land at Crescent Beach is narrow, so there are less commercial buildings and more direct waterfront property. There is a height limit on all buildings of 35 feet, so there are no skyscrapers on the beach. Crescent Beach is home to one of the nation’s only natural inlets. There are lots of fun things to do at the beach: swimming, biking, kite flying, volleyball and frisbee. There's great fishing, surfing and a national park with public access to Fort Matanzas nearby. Four Winds Condos offers oceanfront living with a year-round pool, tennis and shuffleboard.
