There are a total of 264 condominium units, built in 2001. Florida Club offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats (1 level), ranging in size from 832 - 1285 square feet. Because the Royal St. Augustine Golf Course wraps around the Florida Club complex, many units enjoy lovely lake and golf course views. Florida Club Condos are located in St Augustine Florida, on the picturesque Royal St. Augustine Golf Course. The course opened in May of 2001. Since its inception, Royal St. Augustine has taken great pride in the near tournament conditions of their course. The 6,529 yard, par 71 course is visually intriguing, designed with undulating greens, shapely bunkers, and rolling terrain. Conveniently located off of SR16, Florida Club condominiums are about 3 miles from charming downtown St. Augustine. As the nation’s oldest city, St. Augustine has plenty of history and interesting things to take in. One popular historical attraction, for instance, is the Castillo de San Marcos (The Fort), a masonry star fort that was constructed from 1672 - 1695 to protect the city. The Fort and most of St. Augustine’s other popular visitor destinations are all just 3 - 4 miles from Florida Club condos. After golfing and sightseeing, shop until your heart’s content at the St. Augustine Premium Outlet Stores, about 4 miles west of the Florida Club complex. With easy access to US1 (2 miles east) and I-95 (4 miles west), getting anywhere in town from Florida Club is relatively easy. Daytona and Jacksonville are simple straight-shot trips from Florida Club too, each about 50 miles away.  Florida Club offers golf course style living at an outstanding value.
