Creston House Condos are located in Crescent Beach, Florida, about 4 miles south of St. Augustine Beach. There are 60 condominiums, built in 1974. Creston House offers several floor plans. There are 17 one bedroom flats, 29 two bedroom townhouses, 7 two bedroom flats, and 7 three bedroom townhouses. Creston House is a beachfront complex with direct ocean front condos and ocean view condos. The buildings are situated so that most of the condos have a view of the ocean. The owners have done a good job of maintaining the condo over the years. Even though it's one of the older condos on the beach, it is in better shape than some of the newer ones. There is a laundry area with washers and dryers located at the complex. Some owners have installed washers and dryers in their own unit. There is plenty of parking, including some garages. At this time, there is an on-site rental office. Or, you may choose another off-site rental management company. We do not handle rentals.

Over the years, I have run into a lot of people that are looking for a good deal on a condo. They tell me, “If you hear about any foreclosures, bank repos, fixer uppers, etc., then let me know.” The truth is, the "DEAL" properties are not always the best buy. Creston House Condos are two miles from the Crescent Beach bridge, (Hwy 206). It's about 15 minutes from historic Saint Augustine. Marsh creek country club, home to the only golf course on the island, is about four miles away. You can walk to the ocean or the intracoastal waterway from the condo.

Crescent Beach is on a part of Anastasia Island that is less developed. There are only a few businesses and no skyscraper condos. The height is limited to 35 feet on all buildings. Crescent Beach is usually a very quiet beach. There's a crowd at the first part of spring, the 4th of July and some other holidays. But, usually there are only a few people on the beach. Creston House is a great condo to get away to when you just want to unwind and spend some time at the beach.
