Crescent Sandpiper Condos are located in Crescent Beach, FL, about 6 miles south of St. Augustine Beach. Built in 1973, there are a total of 51 individual condominium units. Crescent Sandpiper offers two floor plans, the townhouse (2 levels) and flat (1 level), and both are approximately 1100 square feet. Crescent Sandpiper is a beachfront complex with ocean front condos and ocean view condos. Each Crescent Sandpiper condo has two bedrooms and two baths. Crescent Sandpiper’s “U” shaped building provides each unit with a nice ocean view. If beautiful beaches are what you’re after, then look no further. Crescent Sandpiper condos are situated between the ocean and intracoastal, in picturesque Crescent Beach. There is plenty of parking but no covered parking or garages. At this time, there is an on-site rental office, or you may choose another off-site rental management company. We do not handle rentals.

Our office, Landmark Realty, has even helped customers at Crescent Sandpiper. Compared to most beach condominiums in the area, Crescent Sandpiper condos rarely become available. To me, that’s a good sign because the owners must be pleased with their condo. Most folks that are familiar with the Crescent Sandpiper condo complex seem to like it very much. And, the majority of the people that inquire about Crescent Sandpiper condos are usually interested in the neighboring complex, Coquina, as well, which is similar in age, size and layout. With just 51 units, Crescent Sandpiper is on the small side as far as beach condo complexes go, which is nice. There are less people coming and going, which makes it easier to slow down and unwind.

Crescent Sandpiper does have a few nice amenities, like tennis and an oceanfront pool. Though the ocean is at your doorstep, it’s nice to just relax by the pool once in a while. Crescent Sandpiper’s location is a luxury in itself. There aren’t many beaches like Crescent Beach. It’s nice to find wide, sandy beaches without skyscrapers towering overhead. It’s the beach retreat most people envision but few find.
