Each condo is a waterfront and comes with a boat slip. The building is three levels and has a total of 15 individual condominium units that were built in 2000. Each unit at Corona Del Mar Condos are flats ( 1 level ), and are over 1600 sq. ft. The condos are two or three bedroom units with 2 ˝ baths. The laundry is located inside each unit. There is parking garage with plenty of parking and storage closets located in the garage. Walled complex with security gate. At this time there is no on site rental management. We do not handle rentals.
