In the oceanfront section each is a single level , three bedroom and two bath unit. In the back section each unit is two bedrooms and two 1/2 baths. In the beachfront section most of the condominiums have good ocean views and direct oceanfront units. Colony Reef offers oceanfront living with year around lap pool and outdoor pool, plus tennis courts & racquetball courts, fully equipped health club, sauna and whirlpools.
