My name is Jason Neely. I live and work in St. Augustine and my office is about a 10 minute drive from Anastasia by the Sea condos. They particularly liked the condo’s third bedroom, newer construction and close proximity to the beach. Anastasia by the Sea Condos are located in St Augustine Beach, Florida, less than two blocks from the ocean and sandy beaches. The St. Johns County Ocean Pier is across A1A. There, you’ll find a four acre beachfront park with a variety of amenities that include: free parking, beach access, children’s splash park, picnic tables, restroom facilities, outdoor showers, lighted beach volleyball courts and a covered pavilion. Fish off of the pier or just watch a few surfers catch some waves. The pier parking lot is a great place to park the car and take a walk on the beach. Ron Parker Park is just down the street too, where your kids can use the playground and you can play some basketball or tennis. If you’re a member of the YMCA, there’s a local facility about a half mile away, where you can squeeze in that early morning workout. The Mickler O'Connell bridge is only 2 miles away, making it easy to drive to the mainland or the interstate. It's only about 50 miles to Daytona or Jacksonville from the condo. Anastasia by the Sea condos are in a great island location. They’re a great value for the beach lifestyle you’ve been seeking.
